At this stage of the process, we’re combining all our experience and expertise as your production partner to create the show. We’re executing the detailed lighting, video, audio and staging plans. It’s almost time for your vision to become reality.

Lighting
Lighting creates an ambience that influences the mood of the entire show. We understand the power of lighting. We know how to use different instruments and special effects to illuminate your message and messengers.

Big arena or intimate space, lighting is a key element of your event and we will help you shine.

Audio
You want your audience to hear - and feel - the beat of your message, whether it’s delivered in a speech by the CEO or played by the London Symphony. We understand volume and clarity, the need for delays and processing and all the other elements that enable your message to penetrate the din of every day life.

Video
A picture is worth a thousand words. After you’ve spent thousands of dollars for the perfect video to tell your story, you don’t want to see fuzzy, distorted images on the giant screens. Neither do we. We use the latest, highest resolution video projectors, processing, playback and cameras to present critical images to your audience. And, for live events, we’ll make sure we’ve planned a redundant system to prevent your video from becoming radio.

Rigging
Climbing on the catwalks high above the floor, securing all the lighting, audio and video equipment to the rigging is not for the faint of heart. And, it’s not something you want to delegate to amateurs. With tons of equipment overhead, it is much better to be doubly sure than sorry. We check and recheck our rigging - and use backups - to ensure everyone’s safety.

Scenic and Soft Goods
Sometimes, a bare stage is very effective. More often than not, your event will include set pieces - soft and hard pieces, fabric, custom carpentry, even digital scenery to reinforce your message. Remember, we use state-of-the art imaging software to help you see the impact of the set design…before you order a half mile of mauve lamé fabric.

Miscellaneous
If you want to do your event in a cow pasture, we’ll get you a stage and a roof. If the pasture’s two miles from the nearest electrical outlet, we’ll get you a generator. We can even find you a few cows. There’re no obstacles too big for us.

And what about the miscellaneous little things, like all those pieces and parts that hold your event together? No matter how small or seemingly insignificant, we’ve thought of it. We won’t let your event unravel because of a missing 25¢ bolt. It’s our attention to detail - big or small.
